About the role
The role is responsible for leading design and construction projects in the commercial sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Oversee the design process from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in commercial construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with sustainable design practices.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
