What You'll DoAs a key member of our Water Wastewater Business Sector, you will:Lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projectsManage projects from planning and design through construction and implementationDesign water distribution, wastewater collection, pumping, storage, conveyance, and treatment systemsCollaborate with municipalities, utility districts, regulatory agencies, contractors, and project stakeholdersDevelop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverablesEnsure technical excellence and quality project executionMentor and develop junior engineers and technical staffBuild strong client relationships and support business development effortsHelp shape the future of communities throughout the regionRequirementsWhat We're Looking For Required QualificationsLicensed Professional Engineer (PE)Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field5-10+ years of experience in municipal water and/or wastewater engineeringExperience with project planning, design, and construction servicesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to lead projects and collaborate across disciplinesPreferred StrengthsProject management experienceClient relationship experienceBusiness development interest or experiencePassion for mentoring and developing future engineering leadersCommitment to exceptional client serviceCompensation & BenefitsWe believe great work deserves great rewards.
