Water/Wastewater Senior Project Engineer
About the role
This is a hybrid role based out of our Cary, North Carolina office. In this role, you will serve as a licensed technical leader for complex water distribution and wastewater collection system projects. You will take ownership of advanced design deliverables, provide independent project oversight, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal Practice Areas.

- Mentor junior engineers.
- Uphold and advance technical standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering-related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
- 10+ years of experience in relevant discipline.
- Advanced expertise in planning/design concepts and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities.
- Demonstrated success managing technical delivery on complex projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or graphic design software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
