Responsibilities
- Lead a multidiscipline design team to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets
- Help advance business development strategies
- Direct, monitor, and deliver all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design, construction services, and commissioning
- Support the Project Manager in managing the project
- Collaborate with Jacobs' technical specialists and senior project managers to ensure project success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification
- 10+ years of progressive experience designing small to large treatment and conveyance projects
- Projects will involve complex, multidiscipline, municipal wastewater treatment design projects
- Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred
- Local candidates with strong network with Omaha area municipalities preferred

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management software
- Knowledge of local and state regulations related to water/wastewater treatment and conveyance

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $124,500.00 to $194,450.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
Our hybrid working policy allows employees to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations, enabling them to deliver their best work.
