Water/Wastewater Project Manager
About the role
We'll count on you to plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects. You'll independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance the team throughout the entire project's development. You'll establish client relations and be involved in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. You'll participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance, conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents in conjunction with other staff, coordinate workload through the entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule. You'll track financial aspects of projects, coordinate and adjust work effort with the team to ensure work is completed within agreed-upon schedule, perform other duties as needed, and work with the Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and with company management as needed.
Responsibilities

- Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance
- Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff
- Cookload workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule
- Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- A license/certification PMP certification
- Experience in advancing digital delivery and AI-supported workflows in infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 7 years related experience
- A minimum of 2 years project management experience
- Ability to interact with various design teams
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
