Responsibilities
- Management of water and wastewater design projects.
- Pump station design and rehabilitation, collection system condition assessment and design, inflow and infiltration studies, collection system rehabilitation, hydraulic modeling, water distribution and storage, with potential opportunities to engage on treatment projects.
- Performs technical discipline tasks including research, reports, design, specifications, and plan preparation to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
- Lead and facilitate engineering design staff.
- Work with design team across multiple offices and multiple disciplines to generate detailed design documents for construction plans.
- Serves as the primary client liaison, meet client deadlines and project budgets.
- Participate in business development activities including collaborating with our team in the marketing of new projects, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- NJ Professional Engineering license.
- 10-15 years of related experience.
- Specific experience preparing reports and design plans and specifications for water and wastewater system projects in NY and NJ, including pump stations, tanks, and pipelines.
- A successful track record of managing projects, including scope, schedule and budget.
- Water/Wastewater treatment experience is a plus.
- Driving is a requirement of the position. A clean driving record is required.

Pay
The projected range for this position in the following locations are: Mt. Laurel, NJ: $116,463-$149,738 Parsippany, NJ: $114,975-$147,825 Bloomfield, NJ: $114,975-$147,825 Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
