Responsibilities
- Water and sewer pipeline design
- Modeling and rehabilitation of water and wastewater facilities
- Evaluation and design of water and wastewater treatment systems
- Utility relocation services
- Construction administration
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 11-15 years of water/wastewater design experience
- Understanding or experience designing water and wastewater facilities including pipelines, pumping systems, and treatment systems
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and water distribution and sewer modeling software
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- P.E., registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, or ability to become registered through comity from another state within 6 months
