Water Treatment Technician

Kel-Tren WaterCare is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Water Treatment Service Technician & Installer to join our team serving Central and Southern New Jersey. We’re looking for someone who not only understands the technical side of water treatment, but also values customer relationships and takes pride in delivering exceptional service inside customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up residential and commercial water treatment equipment
• Diagnose and repair water softeners, filtration systems, and related equipment
• Perform routine service and maintenance calls
• Complete carbon tank re-beds and exchanges
• Refill acid neutralizers
• Replace drinking water system filters
• Clean and refill chlorinators
• Complete salt and water deliveries
• Perform minor well service work

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Experience in water treatment, plumbing, HVAC, or other home service industries (preferred)
• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing residential or commercial equipment (preferred)
• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills (preferred)
• Experience working directly with customers in the field (preferred)

Pay
