Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed end-to-end water chemistry testing
  • Download and program water treatment equipment
  • Start up, commission, and service assigned projects
  • Represent the company as the direct customer contact, ensuring system and equipment cleanliness and compliance with industry standards
  • Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand project requirements and ensure successful outcomes
  • Diagnose and correct problems using cutting-edge software and tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications
  • Forecast and prepare for on-site installation and repairs, gathering materials and coordinating work
  • Identify, diagnose, and repair equipment and systems at customer locations
  • Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including overnight stays
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain security of company assets

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in HVAC
  • Technical School or formal training preferred
  • Working knowledge of basic chemistry principles
  • Plumbing skills: PVC, some copper and black iron installation
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and handheld computers
  • Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations
