Water Treatment Service Technician

About the role

H2O Care, Inc. is seeking water treatment service technicians to join our Field Service Department. Due to increased water quality concerns and our reputation as a trusted service provider, we are growing rapidly. Openings are available at our Middleton, Stow, and Lakeville, MA locations.

We will provide on-the-job training. You will service point-of-use reverse osmosis systems and filters, water softeners, pH neutralizers, all types of back-washing filters, and controls. The majority of work is performed in homes, with some commercial sites.

Responsibilities

• Install and service water treatment systems, including reverse osmosis systems, water softeners, pH neutralizers, and back-washing filters
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
• Drive a company van to customer sites, adhering to safe and responsible driving practices
• Pass a background check

Requirements

• Experience installing and/or servicing water treatment systems or relevant experience with appliances
• Excellent driving record
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Positive and customer-focused attitude
