Water Treatment Service Technician

About the role

H2O Care, Inc. is seeking water treatment service technicians to join our Field Service Department. We have openings at our Middleton, Stow, and Lakeville, MA locations. If you have experience installing or servicing water treatment systems or relevant experience with appliances, we encourage you to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.

You will service point-of-use reverse osmosis systems and filters, water softeners, pH neutralizers, all types of back-washing filters, and controls. The majority of work is performed in residential settings, with some commercial work.

Responsibilities

• Install and service water treatment systems, including reverse osmosis systems, water softeners, pH neutralizers, and back-washing filters
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
• Drive a company van to customer sites safely and responsibly
• Pass a background check

Requirements

• Experience installing or servicing water treatment systems or relevant experience with appliances (training provided for the right candidates)
• Excellent driving record
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Positive and customer-focused attitude
