What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and upgrade Culligan water treatment systems
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment quickly and effectively
• Deliver and assist with installation of water treatment products
• Complete accurate paperwork and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Plumbing, electrical, or mechanical experience a plus—but not required
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift/move 50–75 lbs. regularly (equipment, salt bags, etc.)
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills

Pay

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
