Responsibilities
- Administer chemicals to treat various water conditions on Frac locations.
- Load trailers and schedule runs to replenish inventory.
- Operate Frac trailers designed to inject chemicals into water transfer lines.
- Act as an ambassador to customers, showcasing value and maintaining strong relationships.
- Follow a rotating schedule and adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Wear required personal protection equipment (PPE) at all times during job tasks.
- Maintain equipment in safe and operable condition through daily and periodic mechanical and safety inspections.
- Navigate safely to and from job sites using "oilfield directions."
- Maintain regular communication with sales and supervisors to report field problems and safety hazards.
- Recognize and avoid safety hazards in the work environment.
- Keep current on safety techniques and improve driving and safety skills.
Requirements
- Minimum high school graduate or GED.
- Current Class C Driver's License (issued by the state of residence).
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (3 years).
- Must pass a drug screen, physical exam, and Pulmonary Function Test.
- Must be able to wear a respirator (clean-shaven required for annual respirator program).
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Travel to other locations as needed.
- Role is safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating forklifts, drum dollies, trailer hoists, chemical pumps, hoses, meters, printers, and gauges.
- Experience handling products in bulk, drums, Stainless Steel totes, or IBCs.
- Customer relations experience.
- Experience performing warehouse duties, including preventative maintenance, inventory management, receiving shipments, and organizing warehouse storage.
- Awareness of chemical safety and spill response measures.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Prior ChampionX experience.
- Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
Schedule
Rotational shift: 14 days on / 7 days off.
