Water Technician

About the role

Full-time position performing water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, and equipment setup/take down while providing excellent customer service and maintaining company equipment and truck.

Responsibilities

• Perform water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, and equipment setup/take down.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed (bonus included).
• Assist other team members and act as a leader for the team when needed.

Qualifications

• Water mitigation experience – 1+ years preferred (required: 1 year water damage restoration).
• Valid Tennessee driver license.
• Ability to keep equipment logs.
• Data entry skills.
• Experienced with multitasking and organization.
• Quick reaction and response to any situation.
• Comfortable speaking directly with homeowners when necessary.
• Willing to work weekends and after‑hours as needed.

Pay

$17.00 – $22.00 per hour (bonus and overtime available)

Schedule

On‑call availability required with bonus; weekend and after‑hours work as needed.
