Water Technician

About the role

Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking a Water Technician to join their Baton Rouge, LA team. The position offers starting pay at $16 per hour with potential for quarterly bonuses. It is a full-time, permanent role requiring flexibility with after-hours and weekend work.

Responsibilities

- Assist project managers on various construction projects - Specialize in water damage mitigation from small to large-scale flooding - Learn about different types of drying equipment - Perform general labor tasks including gutting, cleaning, and packing - Assist with demolition and reconstruction efforts - Conduct pre and post-construction clean-up

Requirements

- At least 1-3 years of experience in water mitigation projects - Valid driver’s license - Own reliable transportation - Availability to work weekdays, nights, and weekends - Ability to be on-call for after-hours work - Strong work ethic with attention to detail - Excellent relationship-building and maintenance skills - Reliable, dependable, and drug-free
