Water Tech Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Identifying system improvement opportunities by analyzing data, monitoring metrics, and partnering with internal teams.
- Defining new features to meet emerging customers' needs.
- Drive process improvement to streamline execution of technology solutions to completion.
- Designing and developing automated reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
- Work collaboratively with other AWS teams to support the management of energy and water programs.
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams, non-technical partners, and stakeholders on global team’s technology requirements, goals, and milestones.
Requirements
We are looking for motivated self-starters that can work in a fast paced, data-driven environment. The successful candidate will be an analytical problem solver, and have an extremely high level of customer focus. This role will support our goal to deliver scalable water infrastructure. This role will support AWS’s sustainable infrastructure expansion by owning development of mechanisms and technology solutions that deliver automation, data management, and analytics to help achieve our scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau
Skills
Experience analyzing large datasets and translating them to actionable business insight
Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. USA, WA, Seattle - 95,300.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually
