Water Restoration Project Manager

About the role

Roto-Rooter’s newest division, water restoration, is growing quickly. The Water Restoration Project Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. The position offers a base salary plus unlimited commission-based earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, develop scope of work and work plan, monitor progress
• Serve as primary contact for the customer and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and review estimates, act as liaison with insurance companies, and interact with other company personnel on collections
• Ensure technicians perform work in keeping with IICRC and RRSC guidelines
• Perform water restoration sales and technician functions when needed
• Ensure all documentation is complete
• Manage and supervise all water restoration crews

Requirements

• Knowledge of water restoration industry and practices and insurance reimbursement for water mitigation claims
• Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent using Xactimate software
