Water Restoration Project Manager

About the role

911 Restoration of Appleton – Oshkosh is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 1–3 years of restoration or related construction trade experience. This role is responsible for managing residential and commercial water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from initial loss through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage mitigation and remediation projects from intake to final documentation
• Conduct site inspections, moisture mapping, and scope development
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and vendors
• Communicate with property owners, insurance adjusters, and third-party administrators
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and OSHA regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation in JobSight and Encircle
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and project profitability
• Provide leadership and mentorship to field technicians

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction project supervision
• Working knowledge of water, fire, and mold remediation processes with IICRC Cert.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in emergency response situations (after-hours rotation)

Preferred qualifications include active IICRC certifications, experience working with insurance claims, experience using CRM/project management systems, and OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

Pay

Base Salary (Based on Experience) $60,000 – $85,000 annually, with higher compensation considered for strong technical certifications and demonstrated leadership. Certification-Based Pay Tiers offer additional compensation, with a potential total compensation range of $75,000 – $105,000+ depending on certifications and performance. Performance Incentives include 3–5% gross profit bonus on completed projects and quarterly performance bonuses tied to job profitability, timely project completion, customer satisfaction ratings, and safety incentive for zero incidents.
