Overview

Roto-Rooter is the trusted name for plumbing and drain cleaning services, now expanding its reach into water restoration. Seeking a Water Monitoring Technician at its Birmingham branch in Pelham, Alabama. Flexible schedule with a pay range of $16.00-$18.00 per hour, plus a $20 bonus per monitored job site.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at customer site as scheduled
• Inspect site and present solutions to the customer
• Complete the project utilizing all safety guidelines provided by Roto-Rooter Services Company
• Complete the project in established time frame
• Ensure the project is complete to the customer’s satisfaction

Requirements

• Service technician experience preferably in the restoration industry
• Strong customer service focus and effective communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Clean driving record and passed background check
• IICRC Certification a PLUS!
