Water Restoration Lead Technician

• Provide assistance for emergency property damages
• Maintain open communication with homeowners and office
• Responsible for ensuring quality, efficiency, and a clean and safe job site
• Able to use a smartphone for various programs regarding job-specific information
• Must be able to read and follow directions
• Perform water extraction and mold remediation
• Set drying equipment and monitor moisture levels until the drying standard is met
• Remove damaged structural materials and cleanup
• Adequate certifications related to fire, water, carpentry, etc.
• Able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, lift, and carry 50lbs or more daily
• Display a positive attitude with team spirit, great attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills
• Schedule flexibility to work after hours and on-call on an as-needed basis
