Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years of restoration experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide restoration services, including mold mitigation and fire & water damage restoration (certification opportunities available)
• Accurately complete documentation and obtain customer authorizations
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and company vehicles
• Maintain inventory and stock of tools and materials
• Keep a detailed daily log and complete work orders
• Stay up to date with the latest industry equipment and technology
• Uphold company standards by demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and accountability
