SERVPRO of Plant City/ NE Hillsborough/ Tampa East Central is looking for a dependable, motivated Crew Chief to lead water, fire, mold, and storm restoration jobs from start to finish. If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality work, values teamwork, and wants to grow with an industry leader, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead crews on residential and commercial restoration projects.Manage job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to SERVPRO standards.Perform water mitigation, fire cleanup, mold remediation, demolition, and other restoration services.Load, maintain, and organize company vehicles, equipment, and materials.Prepare work areas and set up equipment for each project.Communicate with Project Managers, Supervisors, customers, and team members to keep projects on schedule.Complete job documentation and maintain a clean, professional work environment.Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices. What We're Looking For Restoration, mitigation, construction, or demolition experience preferred.Previous leadership or crew supervision experience is a plus.IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) preferred.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work after-hours, weekends, and emergency on-call shifts when needed.Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Physical Requirements Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance.Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday.Comfortable working around cleaning agents, restoration equipment, and job site conditions.Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state when business needs require.Must successfully pass a background check and meet company driving requirements.
