About the role
The City of Hermitage is seeking an Inspector in the Water Pollution Control Department. This position works both in the office and in the field.
Responsibilities
- Inspect sanitary sewer lateral connections.
- Inspect building foundation drain connections.
- Seek sources of infiltration into the system.
- Assist work crews in sanitary sewer line maintenance.
- Operate high pressure cleaning equipment.
- Operate CCTV equipment.
Requirements
- Possession of a PA CDL Class B license.
- Possession of a PA DEP Collections Class E license, OR ability to secure one within 6 months of the date of hire. The City will assist in obtaining this requirement.
