Water Management Equipment Technician

About the role

The Water Management Equipment Technician (WMET) is responsible for providing service and account management support for clients in a defined region. This includes conducting water tests, maintaining equipment, and assisting in Comprehensive Water Management Programs.

Responsibilities

• Taking water tests and maintaining equipment
• Responding to client requests for water analysis and monitoring
• Collecting building water samples for laboratory analysis
• Mentoring and training peers to ensure consistent knowledge sharing and team development

Qualifications

• Background in science, engineering, or mathematics (preferred)
• Ability to learn and use water monitoring equipment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to high ethical standards and a diverse workplace
• Proficiency in MS Office, Gmail, and Google applications

• Knowledge of pH, temperature, and oxidant measurements in water
• Interpersonal and communication skills
