Water, Fire and Mold Damage Remediation Technician

Job Summary

Aid in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED).
• Experience with the services we provide including truck mount is preferred but not required.
• Adequate math skills.
• Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.

Benefits

Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Technician. Hourly rate increases as the ability to perform water mitigation, mold, fire and smoke damage, and asbestos certifications are added.
