Water Damage Technician

Position Summary

As a Water Damage Technician, you’ll be the first line of defense when disaster happens. This role is physically active and fast-paced, with a direct impact on helping families and businesses recover from property damage.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls (water, mold, fire, storm damage)
• Aid in mitigation activities such as water extraction, demolition, and drying
• Set up and monitor drying and remediation equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Document job progress with notes and photos using company systems
• Deliver excellent customer service to property owners on-site
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Communicate job updates clearly with team leads and supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, physically demanding environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Restoration experience a plus, but not required

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: Depending on experience
• Additional Pay: Bonus opportunities based on performance
