Water Damage Technician
About the role
Perform unskilled & skilled labor as assigned. Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform & well-groomed. Be available for on-call & emergencies. Learn & practice commitment to customer service. Fill out paperwork properly; (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Check-list). Perform as needed demo, moisture mapping, equipment set up, monitoring loss & document readings. Must be able to exercise good judgment as well as understand & carry out written or oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving ability. Work toward or be IICRC certification so when obtained to perform structural drying techniques to clients homes and businesses.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Maintain a valid Driver’s License & maintain a good driving record
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands & arms and talk or hear
- Ability to regularly lift and or move up to 45 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs
Qualifications
No prior experience necessary, but encouraged. Must be able to exercise good judgment as well as understand & carry out written or oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving ability.

Pay
Compensation: $56,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
