About the Role

The Water Damage Technician will assist other team members by providing skilled and unskilled labor while learning the techniques and receiving training required to perform professional mitigation and disaster response services.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled and skilled labor as assigned.
• Show up on time for shifts, in proper uniform and well-groomed.
• Be available for on-call and emergencies.
• Learn and practice commitment to customer service.
• Fill out paperwork properly (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Check-list).
• Monitor loss and document readings.
• Exercise good judgment and understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions, along with sound problem-solving ability.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and a good driving record.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
