We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraphs about HDR, water business group, etc. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Benefits", "Pay". Also maybe "Location"? Not required as heading; we can include location in a paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must include only sections with real content. The posting includes responsibilities list (Key Responsibilities). So we need a

  • each bullet. Qualifications: includes Preferred Qualifications and Required Qualifications. Could combine into a Qualifications section with subheadings? But we only allowed headings for sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could have

    Qualifications

and list both required and preferred as list items, maybe separate sub-lists? Could do two
inside? Probably fine. Benefits: The posting includes benefits description: comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, employee assistance program, paid time away, parental leave, paid holidays, retirement savings plan with employer match, employee referral bonus, tuition reimbursement. Also note about temporary/part-time limited benefits. So we can have Benefits section. Pay: The posting includes expected compensation range $175,000 - $300,000 depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. So we can have Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned; we should not create Schedule. Location: Not a heading; we can include in a paragraph maybe under About the role or separate

with location. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. The posting includes some culture statements; we can keep them as part of About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details: e.g., "Reporting directly to the Water Business Group (WBG) President, the WBG Professional Services Director serves as a key member of the WBG Business Group leadership team, providing executive leadership for technical quality, project delivery excellence, and professional practice." etc. That's part of About the role. We need to format as HTML fragment only. Let's craft:

But we need to avoid nested headings inside li? It's okay. Could also flatten: just list each bullet with label. Simpler: just list each qualification as separate li, maybe prefix with (Preferred) or (Required). But we need to preserve all info; we can keep as separate sections. Better: Have two subsections:

      Preferred Qualifications

      and

      Required Qualifications

but we only allowed certain headings; but using h4 may be okay? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It didn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings. It might be safer to stick to only those headings and not add extra headings like h4. So we can keep Qualifications section and inside we can have paragraphs or just list items with labels. We'll do:
