Water Blaster Truck Operator/Laborer

About the role

Contractor Services, Inc. is a traffic control company based in North Platte, Nebraska, serving central Nebraska to the panhandle and eastern Colorado. We are currently hiring Water Blaster Truck Operators/Laborers for our 2026 season.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment for cleaning and removing pavement markings from highways.
• Create a safe work zone by installing traffic control devices on roadway construction projects.
• Maintain the correct paperwork and logs in compliance with CDL Class B license requirements.
• Work independently or as part of a team, reporting to work at designated times, and willing to work overtime.
• Work away from home, in all weather conditions, and communicate effectively with others.
• Lift up to 80 lbs and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• Aged 23 or older.
• A clean driving record.
• A Class B CDL license (endorsements preferred but not required).
• A strong understanding of truck operation and water blasting techniques.
• A professional demeanor and willingness to learn.
• The ability to work safely in hazardous environments.
