Location

Hybrid in US (possible travel to VA, NC, TX, AR, ATL, OH, OK)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery and pre-positioning of Data center real estate.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure an end-end coordinated delivery of any critical water and/or wastewater improvements needed for datacenter development.
• Responsible for driving cross team delivery in the review, due diligence, and design of water and wastewater projects to support data centers.
• Assist in the strategy development, execution, and site development of various projects.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Water and Wastewater Design
• Working knowledge of a broad range of Commercial Real Estate aspects including acquisition processes, design, and construction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay

The salary for this position is between $200,000 - $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
