Wastewater Facilities Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual site plans and cost estimates
• Conduct system modeling for water, wastewater, and stormwater systems
• Aid with permitting and alternatives analysis
• Prepare technical memoranda, reports, and electronic deliverables
• Support and develop client relations
• Share knowledge and provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineering staff on master planning and hydraulic modeling projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 5+ years of directly relevant experience in water, sewer, and stormwater system modeling, and master planning
• Registration as a Professional Engineer
• Project management skills with demonstrated experience managing staff with scope, budget, and schedule
• Ability to apply engineering principles including critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques
• Familiarity with computer applications including HCSS, Ag Tec, Planswift
• Knowledge of hydrology, system hydraulics, hydraulic modeling software for pressurized and/or gravity pipeline networks
• Knowledge and experience working with GIS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Work well in a team environment
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and project team
• Highly motivated, articulate, and self-starting

Pay

Compensation Range: $90,000 to $125,000 annually.
