Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing leadership and management to assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner.
- Manages the work in a manner consistent with standards of quality and integrity.
- Participates as requested in the marketing, estimating, bidding, and contract negotiation phases of the projects assigned.
- Serves as champion for the execution of the work - preconstruction (when assigned) and construction.
- Supports the Water division working on water/wastewater facilities.
- Includes two "steps" (I, II), each with different project sizes and experience requirements.
Requirements
- Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in preconstruction and construction management.
- Thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow procedures.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Several years experience working on water/wastewater projects.
Qualifications
- Must be open to travel within the Northwest region (OR, WA, NV).
- Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the change management process.
- Must have business acumen within the area of responsibility.
- Must manage the development of the overall CPM schedule and coordinate with the Project Superintendent and Project Engineer.
- Must ensure the timely preparation and execution of purchase order agreements and subcontracts.
- Must manage warranty callbacks and prevent claims.
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of contract documents and materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management software.

Pay
$130,000 - $180,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday.
