Waste Management Technical Assistant Energy
About the role
Provides technical and administrative support to the Waste Management organization using standard office equipment, corporate systems, processes, policies and procedures. Performs accounting, financial duties, record keeping, technical research, and waste data tracking. Prepares purchase orders. Prepares invoices. Performs research of waste disposition options and vendors. Assists in the tracking and documentation of waste inventories and disposition. Enters and retrieves waste characterization data in various databases. Creates databases and spreadsheets as required. Assists management in the tracking and trending a various project metrics (safety, quality, training). Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- College or technical education desired.
- Technical work experience or education.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to prioritize workload.

Expected compensation range is between $48,000-$80,000 annually depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
