Role: Landfill Operations Supervisor Responsibilities Oversee daily landfill activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with environmental permits, regulations, and safety standards.Lead and coach site employees, coordinate work schedules and equipment, and monitor operational practices.Maintain accurate records of site performance, investigate incidents, and coordinate corrective actions.Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to resolve operational issues and support reliable customer service.Promote environmental stewardship and contribute to sustainability goals through responsible waste disposal.
