Washington Middle: Grade 6-8 Student Activities Coordinator & Dance Teacher, 62181 (2026-03237)

Minimum qualification to apply for a teacher, librarian, or counselor position is a Bachelor’s degree. If hired without completing a Teacher’s Education Program, you have up to three years to obtain a valid Hawaiʻi teaching license and must enroll in a program aligned with the teaching line you are hired in. You must demonstrate active pursuit of licensing requirements each year. Upon hire, you will need a valid Hawaiʻi teaching license or Emergency Hire Permit.

Pay

New employees can expect their first paycheck within the first three pay periods of their start date. Payday is on the 5th and 20th (or previous business day) of every month.
