Washington - DC Carpenter

Full-time position based in Lorton, VA with travel to various jobsites in the Washington DC metro area.

About the role

Constructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, metal, wallboard, and similar materials, using carpenter's hand tools and power tools, while conforming to local building codes. Maintains production and quality standards to complete projects and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in various construction-related jobs
• Physical ability to:
  • Climb and maintain balance on scaffolds and ladders
  • Reach, handle, and manipulate objects and materials
  • Lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
  • See well (naturally or with correction)

Pay
