Warranty Specialist

This is a remote position within the current Titan Machinery footprint and requires that you are located near one of our dealership locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Product Improvement Programs (PIPs) and warranty claims to ensure appropriate recovery for warrantable repairs made on behalf of vendors.
• Oversee the proper processing of warrantable parts returns, ensuring compliance with vendor requirements.
• Coordinate the accurate documentation of labor hours and failure descriptions for warranty claims.
• Analyze reports to optimize the efficiency of the warranty claims process and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stores, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate the warranty process in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors, store teams, and warranty specialists
• Knowledge of warranty processes and vendor expectations
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and report on warranty-related data
• Commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations
