Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person requests
- Create and manage service and warranty cases in CRM (Salesforce)
- Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate service technicians and resources
- Communicate with customers to gather details, provide updates, and close cases
- Order and track parts, materials, and tools needed for service completion
- Prepare service routes and coordinate logistics including equipment and third-party support
- Maintain organized records of requests, schedules, and communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases and prepare quotes/invoices
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or dispatching experience
- Excellent communication and professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) a plus
