Warranty Project Manager (US)

A Snapshot of Your Day – be the primary interface between Siemens Energy and customers for warranty claims on transformers for Grid Technologies Order Execution. This role involves direct customer interaction and collaboration with internal stakeholders such as factories, project managers, service organization, and finance to resolve warranty claims. You will engage with the global factory network, local stakeholders, suppliers, and the GT Service team while supporting business process implementation during growth.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Improve customer satisfaction through clear, proactive communication on warranty and quality matters.
• Provide quality and warranty performance feedback to manufacturing teams to drive continuous product improvements.
• Coordinate and monitor repair activities, ensuring timely follow-up with internal stakeholders on repair status and resolutions.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve and close repair-related financial matters efficiently.
• Partner with Project Managers to manage warranty claims, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and flow of claims throughout the Project Management and Service/Warranty lifecycle.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in process management/improvement and coordinating international customers, partners, and suppliers. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a higher level.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions.
• Experience implementing digital solutions that streamline processes and improve efficiency is preferred.
• Experience with power transformers is preferred.
• Self-motivated, results-driven professional who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SAP; experience with the Mendix platform is a plus.
• Willing to travel (~20%) as needed.
