Warranty Processor - Pacific, WA
About the role
Gordon Truck Centers, Inc. (GTC) is seeking a Warranty Processor to join our team at dealership locations in Washington, including Pacific, Ridgefield, and Spokane. Responsibilities
- Prepares vehicle warranty claims for entry into respective OEM systems, ensuring all supporting documentation is collected
- Processes warranty claims within organizational and manufacturer policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Coaches service departments on warranty compliance guidelines and expectations
- Communicates directly and effectively with shop management to achieve high recovery rates
- Checks and trains team members to verify chassis and components for warranty
- Proficient with warranty workflow processes within company software system
- Communicates with management regarding warranty job status, pending claims, and OEM requests for additional information
- Reconciles claims submitted, identifying and processing rejects that are out of established warranty guidelines and documenting quality improvements
- Supports the Accounting department in accurately coding and reconciling OEM warranty payments
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year or related equivalent of repair shop experience preferred, with previous warranty processing experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with all phases of mechanical work performed at the dealership service department

Pay
$23.00 to $27.00 per hour, plus incentive (estimated $1,500-$3,500 per month), based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours may vary depending on business needs.
