Warranty Operations Manager

About the role

The Warranty Operations Manager ensures that customer requests are met with the highest level of customer satisfaction, timeliness, and accuracy with effective use of resources. This position maintains an approach of continuous improvement and assists in the support and management of Warranty Managers to ensure departmental requirements are being met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Warranty Office duties and team members
• Maintain communication with homeowners, sub-contractors, and staff members as required
• Problem-solve warranty issues presented through team members, homeowners, and ticket system
• Perform all Warranty General office duties
• Serve as internal department quality control
• Maintain oversight and execution of warranty procedures
• Generate reports and monitor status on department metrics
• Perform other duties as assigned
