We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (job description), Responsibilities, Requirements/Qualifications, Benefits, maybe Pay/Schedule if present. The posting includes job description paragraphs, then "THE DAY TO DAY..." list of duties. Then "The Qualifications..." list. Then "About AriensCo" description. Then benefits list. No pay or schedule mentioned. So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections. We need headings:

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should include only those with real content. We have About the role: could be the introductory paragraph about the role (Job Description). Could combine with responsibilities? But we need separate sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (day-to-day), Requirements (maybe qualifications), Skills (maybe specific skills), Benefits. We have qualifications list includes education, experience, skills. Could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (analytical, communication, etc). But we can also just have Qualifications section covering all. The instruction: use headings for those categories if content exists. We can decide to have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. That's enough. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information. Remove boilerplate: EEO statement, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. Also remove "Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future." That's substantive? It's a requirement; maybe keep under Requirements. It's not boilerplate? It's a requirement; we can keep. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content: About AriensCo description: "Since 1933, the AriensCo name has been associated with reliable, durably crafted, high-performance outdoor power equipment. Our core values – Be Honest, Be Fair, Respect the Individual, Keep our Commitments, and Encourage Intellectual Curiosity define our culture and inspire our team. We believe passionate people and astounded customers lead to unstoppable success. Our Employees’ Quality Of Life Is Important To Us. When People Feel Appreciated, Respected And Supported, Careers Thrive And Ideas Come To Fruition. AriensCo Employees Are Provided Various Great Benefit Opportunities Which May Include ..." That's about company, could be part of About the role? Actually About the role is about the job; but we have a separate "About AriensCo" which is company overview. Could be part of About the role? Might be better to include as About the role (company overview). But we already have job description paragraph: "AriensCo is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty Claims Specialist at our Brillion, WI location to support our commitment to product quality and dealer satisfaction. In this role you will evaluate and adjudicate warranty claims submitted by Ariens/Gravely dealers, ensuring compliance with warranty policies and procedures while maintaining a fair and consistent customer experience." Thus About the role could combine that paragraph plus maybe company overview? But we can keep About the role as the job description summary. The company overview could be omitted? It's substantive but not required; but we could include as part of About the role or maybe as a separate section like "About AriensCo". However headings limited to predefined list; we cannot add custom headings. So we must fit into allowed headings. Could put company overview under About the role as well. Responsibilities: the bullet list under "THE DAY TO DAY...". We'll convert each line to
  • . Qualifications: the list under "The Qualifications...". We'll convert each line to
  • . Also include the authorization to work statement maybe as a separate
  • or within qualifications. Skills: maybe we could extract specific skills from qualifications: analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, proficiency with MS Office, experience with warranty systems, root cause analysis, knowledge of outdoor power equipment, ability to lift 50 lbs, etc. But we already have qualifications list covering those; we could just have Qualifications section and omit Skills to avoid duplication. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. Benefits: list after "AriensCo Employees Are Provided Various Great Benefit Opportunities Which May Include". We'll list each benefit as
  • . Need to preserve all benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance effective first day of employment; Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plan; 401(k) match and profit-sharing plans; Life Insurance; Health Savings Accounts (HSA); Short Term Disability; Parental Leave; Onsite Marketplace Care Partners at all locations; Paid holidays; Employee Assistance Program; Tuition Reimbursement and Apprenticeship Programs; Safety shoes and safety prescription glasses reimbursement; Employee Product Purchase Program; 50% Daycare discount **Brillion Early Learning Center; 10% tuition discount at KinderCare Learning Centers nationwide **Excludes Brillion Early Learning Center; Onsite health clinic with Bellin Health **Brillion Campus Only; Nearsite & Urgent Care Clinic Options **Brillion Campus Only. We need to keep the footnotes? Probably keep as part of text. Now produce HTML:

We should not include any extra text. Ensure no markdown fences. Output only HTML. Check for any boilerplate removed: EEO statement removed. Also removed "About AriensCo" separate paragraph? We incorporated some of it into About the role? Actually we didn't include company overview; we only used the job description paragraph. Might be missing some substantive info: the company overview about AriensCo history, values, etc. That is substantive. Should we include it? It could go under About the role as well. Let's add a second paragraph after the job description paragraph: include the company overview text. Thus About the role will have two

    elements? Could combine into one

with both paragraphs separated by a space. Better to have two

under same heading? The instruction: use

    for prose. Could have multiple

elements under the heading. That's fine. So:

But note that the second paragraph includes the benefits lead-in; we already have Benefits section listing them. Might be duplication if we include that sentence. Better to not repeat the benefits lead-in; we can truncate before benefits. The paragraph originally: "AriensCo Employees Are Provided Various Great Benefit Opportunities Which May Include Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance effective first day of employment..." So if we include that sentence, we would be repeating benefits. Better to split: include company overview up to before benefits. Let's extract: "Since 1933, the AriensCo name has been associated with reliable, durably crafted, high-performance outdoor power equipment. Our core values – Be Honest, Be Fair, Respect the Individual, Keep our Commitments, and Encourage Intellectual Curiosity define our culture and inspire our team.
