About the role
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of all warranty claims.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with warranty policies.
- Maximize Warranty Recovery
- Maintain Accurate Records
- Act as liaison between internal departments and the aircraft manufacturer or warranty provider.
Education
- Aircraft maintenance, aviation/technical records or warranty experience.
- Practical experience in similar role of cost and/or invoice and warranty auditing.
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft service agreements, warranty contracts, and program documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on assigned work as well as ad-hoc projects.
- Basic understanding of business and financial processes.
- Ability to use experience and knowledge to creatively improve processes and increase efficiencies.
- Familiar with NetJets maintenance tracking and work order systems (Preferred but not required).
