Warranty Administrator - Experienced

About the role

The Automotive Warranty Administrator supports Ed Napleton Automotive Group's service operations, focusing on accurate claim processing, compliance, and timely reimbursement from manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Book, submit, and manage warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Review and code repair orders to meet factory compliance standards
• Stay current on warranty policies and proactively review new recalls, TSBs, and factory bulletins as released
• Work across multiple OEM brands, expanding your warranty expertise
• Track and follow up on claim payments and rejections
• Reconcile warranty receivables with accounting
• Support service and body shop warranty workflows
• Maintain clean, audit-ready documentation

Requirements

• Proven automotive warranty administration experience
• CDK experience strongly preferred
• Multi-brand experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
