Wargaming Practitioner

About the role

Constellation West is bidding on recompeting Joint Exercise, Training, Assessment and Related Support for USSTRATCOM/J7. Qualified incumbents will have the Right of First Refusal (ROFR) for applicable positions, contingent upon continued eligibility, performance, and government approval.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate wargames
• Work closely with USSTRATCOM/J7
• Manage and support joint exercise, training, assessment, and related support activities

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Onsite at Offutt AFB, NE
• 5+ years of wargame design and facilitation experience
• PREFERRED: CCMD or Joint Staff wargaming experience

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of military operations and strategy
• Experience with wargaming tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The schedule is flexible and may require occasional travel to Offutt AFB, NE.
