The Warehouse Specialist role is based in Hebron, KY, ensuring customer delivery requirements are met through warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse safety; forklift operation, proper lifting, harness use, etc.
• Unloading and signing for material receipts (damages)
• Staging of material prior to receiving
• Receiving and proper location of material
• Process for accurately picking material to order
• Packaging and preparing picks for shipment (wrap, label, BOL, carrier notification)
• Safe loading practices (dock lock, wheel chocks, driver awareness)
• Order finalization
• KPI reporting / 5S / Daily prep meeting
• MRO material management (pallets, boxes, tape, stretch wrap, etc.)
• Complete special projects as required by business needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Ability to operate calculators and weighing scales
• 2 years of experience working in warehouse or similar team environments around forklift equipment, foot traffic, and trucking
• Computer experience with Microsoft Office, Web applications and ERP systems; SAP experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance workload efficiently

Pay

Hourly range: $20.67 to $30.77, plus benefits and incentive plans.
