Warehouse Worker Lead

About the role

Responsible for checking built loads for accuracy, loading trucks, and unloading trucks. May load route trucks and semi-trailers with propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required. May need to perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned. Directs daily work flow of a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift from floor to over-head
• Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool

Skills

This position could utilize the following equipment: Electronic Pallet Jack, Walkie Rider, Voice Audio Headset, Shrink Wrap. This position could include: Hand Stacking, EPJ, Pallet Jacks, Voice Audio, Headsets, Picking, Picker, Order, Order Selecting, Pallets.

Benefits

Pay starting at $23.55 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $24.77 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary. Benefits, subject to eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday- Friday, 6:00PM – finished. Flexibility to work overtime and weekend as needed is required.
