Essential Duties and Functions
- Maintain inventory levels and monitor stockroom operations
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments
- Train and supervise warehouse personnel
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints about storage and distribution services
- Count and record incoming shipments
- Pack and unpack items for storage
- Label stored items with identification tags
- Issue materials to customers or coworkers based on requisitions
- Clean and maintain storage areas
- Coordinate with branch personnel to manage warehouse activities
