Warehouse Worker

Worldpac, a leading name in automotive parts distribution, is seeking a DC Associate to play a vital role in our warehouse operations.

About the role

The DC Associate is responsible for receiving and moving materials within the warehouse, including picking, packing, and staging parts, as well as utilizing hand-held radio frequency devices (RF scanners) and moving boxes throughout the distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Mark pallets with identifying store information
• Use computer/RF scanners to enter records
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
• Use voice picking system
• Maintain a neat, clean, and hazard-free work area
• Use handheld radio frequency devices (RF units)
• Ensure consistent, reliable attendance
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma, secondary school diploma, GED, or homeschool equivalency
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the country for which you are applying
• Ability to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse training or experience (preferred but not required)

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $15.75 - USD $21.00 per hour. Individual pay within this range will be determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
